The start of new beginnings
Founded in January 2001 by a group of concerned individuals to provide a home for young adults challenged by the disease of schizophrenia and needing care and supervision.
In July 2002 the first residents moved into Hope House. Until then no provision had been made for the severely afflicted sufferers of the schizophrenias.
Today Hope House is filled with laughter, the residents are busy with activities and are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.
All of this was made possible through the generosity of friends who believed in Hope House.
